As the marketing chief for Dwayne Johnson and Dany Garcia’s multi-platform company Seven Bucks, Lasry has been juggling promotional efforts for his films (“Jungle Cruise,” “Red Notice”) and TV series (“Young Rock”), its Teremana Tequila, the launch of its ZOA energy drink, and continued rollouts from its Under Armour Project Rock sportswear line.
As busy as she is, she has the advantage of being able to leverage Johnson’s star power, along with his hundreds of millions of social-media followers.
“The conversion we see from something that he posts natively on his social directly to his audience far outweighs any paid advertising that we could do,” she says.
