Will Ford (Dwayne Johnson), a US veteran and former FBI Hostage Rescue Team Leader, finds himself in a precarious situation in Hong Kong. While assessing the security of the world’s tallest building, he is framed for starting a fire inside it, and is forced to not only exonerate himself but also save his family from the flames.
